I don't recall this website being mentioned here before (and I even searched
the archives for it first to make sure). It's a design site (website design,
user interface design, etc.). This month's feature article is "How to
Publish a Great User Manual".
This isn't an endorsement because I haven't read it yet, but I wanted to
