HTML Transit works pretty well, and a trial version is available on
their website (I don't have the URL, but it shouldn't be too hard to
find). It's especially effective if you used styles in your Word
document because it lets you assign specific HTML attributes to Word
styles (for example, all Header 2 styles could automatically be tagged
<h2> in your HTML document).
