Is the current printer or print driver in Windows a Hewlett-Packard?
Non-PostScript HP printers typically have built-in fonts called "CG
Times," "CG Univers," and so on. It's possible you're trying to find a
software font that exists only as firmware in a printer. Since I can't
see your setup personally, I could be wrong of course.
