I also do not read subjects that are blank. Another subject that
I don't read are ones that look like this:
Subject: Re: TECHWR-L Digest - <date range>
Fortunately, this list doesn't get very many messages with
subjects like this but it would be great if people who get the
list as a digest could change the subject to contain the subject
of the message that they are replying to.
