Martinez, owner of Quality Specialists, Inc in Corona, is speaking about
attaining quality in your documentation.
Have you ever:
* had the feeling that your documentation could be better?
* been ripped to shreds by the QA group?
* had the manual you worked so hard on not meet the users needs?
* wanted to reduce customer support costs?
* wanted to write better manuals?
* wanted to know how to measure quality in your work?
Jesse will explain how to measure quality, how to put quality in your
documentation, and how to maintain it. The concepts and how-to?s he will
discuss apply to user?s guides, web pages, policies and procedure manuals,
and any other technical documentation. Bring your boss and any one else in
your company involved in assuring quality in your products.
