>Can anyone recommend a great book on task analysis?>
Thom, Haven't read it yet but since the company purchased it for me
it must have a good reputation - "User and Task Analysis for Interface
Design" by JoAnn Hackos and Janice Redish, John Wiley and Sons, 1998 ISBN
0-471-17831-4.
