The Operations Department of a nationally recognized internet and telephone service company, seeks a courseware developer on a 3-6 month basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in either technical writing, CBT, or interface design to create an in-house whiz-bang tutorial using all the web-based tricks you've got in your skill set. We have Robohelp and Frontpage if you need them, but we would also prefer someone with experience creating browser-based tutorials using Applets and Servlets.
More important is having 2-3 years experience in information design, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. We already have the content written down in a thick paper-based manual (it's mostly on database maintenance and networking procedure), so you can spend the majority of your time designing the information for presentation, instruction, and pure attention-getting.
Send your cover letter, resume, URLs, and writing samples with the above subject line to <cmh -at- moviefone -dot- com>. Good luck.
