Damn, I'm sorry I deleted that message before going to the end!  I like the
way you write, girl.  BTW, I like subject lines and will try to adhere to
any policies.  How about these just to start?

TOOLS:
JOB:
URGENT: (for emergencies)

Eric has tried to do this before and it hasn't worked but the copyeditor's
list uses this type of system and it works beautifully.  How about if those
of us who like the idea use it and those who don't like the idea go to
hel....oops!  I mean those who don't like the idea don't have to do it.

I read the help file and it's easy to use the FILTER function.  Oh, did I
give it away?
