*****Position 1-- Information Design Analyst*****
Design Analyst will support product, service, and process documentation in both paper and electronic formats including: MS Office Word 97, Quark Express, RoboHELP 7, FrontPage, Adobe Illustrator & PhotoShop, Excel 97, and Visio. Knowledge of macro coding (VBA) preferred. 1999 plans include the building of an Intranet, increased conversion to online help and documentation files, document automation, and reevaluation of our document delivery protocol. College degree and/or equivalent work experience a must. Writing Samples will be required upon approval of resume.
