Technical Writer--User Documentation
Mid-level position requires BA/BS or MA/MS in a communications related
field with two to four years of technical writing experience, preferably in
the software development industry. Candidates should be well organized,
have strong communications and interpersonal skills, and technologically
astute. Experience with desktop publishing using FrameMaker and Adobe
Acrobat is a plus; experience with html help development is also a plus.
Technical Writer--Requirements and Design Specifications
Mid-level position requires BA/BS or MA/MS in a communications related
field with three or more years of technical writing experience in the
software development industry. Candidates should be well organized, have
strong communications, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. Candidates
should also have programming knowledge, preferrably direct experience with
code. Knowledge of relational database modelling a plus. Knowledge of MS
Access also a plus. Knowledge of the AS/400, OS/400, and DB2 a BIG BIG
PLUS.
