My advice to Anon is to keep looking forward. You are no longer in a
position to advise your current employer on how to conduct business.
Your prime goal should be to leave on good terms with many good
feelings. Also, when you have some time, read Emotional Intelligence
at Work. The situation you are in is a perfect example of when to use
Emotional Intelligence instead of technical competence.
