I am currently co-editing a new ISO standard for Software user documentation.
It will be an amalgamation of two British Standards BS 7649 (paper) and BS
7830 (on line). See http://www.bsi.org.uk/bsis/index.htm

and http://www.iso.ch/ for ISO/IEC DIS 15910 Information technology --
Software user documentation process
