Hi,
May I recommend the new ISO/IEEE 12207 software life cycle process as a
baseline for modeling your documentation outlines. The documentation
aspect of IEEE is being reviewed currently. Steve McConnell's Construx's
web site, as well as, Essentials (Canadian) web site both have great free
downloads along with other management ideas. If you would like their
addresses, contact me at work [Smokey_Bare -at- dscc -dot- dla -dot- mil ], as I do not
have them here at home.
