Subject:Don't Respond to "Job Ads" From:Joe Schrengohst <jschreng -at- CISCO -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 3 Feb 1999 14:42:32 -0800
I have been in the training/tech writing business since 1964. I have NEVER "responded to a job ad" and I have NEVER been unemployed (the IRS loves me). If you can do the job, and do it well, the world will beat that proverbial "path" to your door. To achieve that you must know the tools, know the technology, know the language, and ALWAYS be professional in your conduct.
This ain't "rocket science" folks, and it pays better.
