I think that is the kind of discussion that perfectly fits in on the list.
What are the best sources to find out about different methods of online
training and its philosophy? How many different approaches are there out
there?
What are the differences that separate on-line training from on-line
manuals?
I suppose choice would be controlled by whether the training was on CD or
remote. While Exchange can produce some impressive interactive documents
how good is it for self paced training?
