I'm don't understand the "process for creating specs." part of your
question. Are they wanting you to create a flowchart that outlines each
step? If so, have they given you the steps that they currently take to
complete the process of product development?
In any case, I bet that there is a software package available for basic
engineering development tasks. Good luck searching. Please, let the list
