I have some simple illustrations created in Word 97 Draw mode in which all
components are grouped. They are currently landscape and I now need to
rotate them 90 degrees left so they will fit on a portrait page (ISO "A"
paper sizes). I've done this dozens of times before with no problem but now,
the Free Rotate button and the options under the Draw/Rotate or Flip menu
are greyed-out.
I cut the drawing and there are no bits left behind that could cause this. I
have searched archives, surfed to Microsoft's Support pages and done
everything I can think of with no success. Guys, I'm stumped. Does anyone
have any idea what's happened here? Please reply off list. It seems such a
rare thing that it might not be of general interest but I'll summarise any
responses if you want me to.
Thanks in (quivering) anticipation,
Jon Beckton
