I still have MacDraw II for these occasions...
But try somebody employing a copy of Clarisworks (5.0 / on a Mac). This
program still has XTND filters to translate the file into BMP, GIF, JPEG
or PICT.
These formats may be retranslated into the formats you want by
Illustrator or CorelDraw.
Another option is to ask your client to re-export the file in PICT-format
(if MacWrite is still available to him/her... :) )
