Take ***very careful*** note of Lary's comments about your statutory
obligations. This is the most important advice you can get.
Even if your not a company a voluntary organisation may also have some
legal obligations.
If it is a govt body they may have to table it in Parliament. What are
the parliament's rules? Does it have to be on a certain size paper so it
can be bound as a parliamentary paper? How many colours are you allowed
to use? When is parliament sitting so it can be tabled? etc etc
