Word would probably work fine for you; however, Publisher can handle the
job, too. Publisher is no Frame or Interleaf, but it is a fine, inexpensive
DTP program. I've used it to create a 100-page report with a few
illustrations, as well as many small projects, and that was at least two
full versions ago. I'm sure it's even more capable now.
