Joan et al,
There is a great new magazine available called Knowledge Management
which is online at http://www.kmmag.com/.
Their tag line is "Business Intelligence for Strategic Decision Makers"
but they have put together some great articles on knowledge management.
You might be able to find some good resources in there. All of the big
doc mgmt and intranet builder companies are advertising, so you might
find a tool in there to use.
For the rest of you, especially those like me who are pushing the
boundaries of "information development", this is the first magazine that
defines and explores the new ways companies are leveraging ideas.
