Subject: Another Indexing Question
I want my index to display chapter number-page numbers. I can format the
page numbers as chapter number-page numbers, but when I display or refresh
the index, no chapter numbers appear. I do have hidden section breaks-one
help answer suggested that I unhide them-but when I do, it garbles my
document. Help!
