Registering A Patient

To register a patient:

1.    Click Medical Record Selection Box.

2.     If the Patient Header screen displays, do such and such task.

        OR


        If the Patient Enquiry screen displays, select a visit then complete
the Patient Header
        screen as follows: list instructions.


        OR


         If nothing happens, press <Tab> or <Return>, select a visit,
complete Patient screen as follows: list instructions.

3.    Save

4.    Exit
