Technical Writer
First Chicago NBD, a Bank One Company, is seeking a Technical Writer to
develop customer-focused online help systems and user guides. Working in
the Treasury Management Services department, you will develop and maintain
end-user documentation for Windows, browser-based, and back office
Corporate Banking software programs.
The successful candidate will have a BA or Masters in English, Journalism,
or Technical Writing, or equivalent technical writing experience, as well
as strong project management, writing, editing, and verbal communication
skills. Experience with Microsoft Word 97 and writing/coding online help
systems using Windows Help Compiler, HTML, or HTML Help is a must. Ability
to prioritize multiple projects and work with varied levels of personnel in
a team environment is required. RoboHelp proficiency and/or a
finance/banking background is a plus.
