Don't know if this was mentioned, but Microsoft runs a <giant> Word newsgroup.
Go to http://www.microsoft.com and rootle around in the Word tech support
section. Somewhere in there, you'll find a list of newsgroups, which you can
subscribe to simply by clicking a link.
