I recently installed RoboOffice at work. As I was prototyping a help
system and getting familiar generally with my new "toy" when I stumbled
upon PC Help Desk. This application within RoboOffice seems to be the very
application that produced at least in part Microsoft's Technet. (This was
a question I asked a couple of weeks ago.) Now I have a whole 'nother set
of questions.
Just how do I go about using PC Help Desk? I'm supposed to be able to use
Access with it as PC Help Desk stores its information in an Access format,
but I can't get it to work. Also, is there a way to change the fields it
displays? Has anyone come up on additional information about this tool?
The native documentation is sorely lacking.
Greatfully yours,
