I agree with Mark; the percentages mean nothing, and I don't think that every organization can be expected to look for the same collection of qualities in their writers.
The author says in the page's title, "I'll Expect a Huge Commission If This Proves Useful, Of Course." I wouldn't be drawing up blueprints for a mansion yet...
