Here is an idea for you to consider. Why not buy a few dozen disposable
cameras and give one to each employee. Then, each person could take a few
photos of someone else. Hopefully, all the employees would be covered and
they would feel that they contributed to the project. This eliminates any
worry about copyright issues.
Each photo can be posted on a bulletin board and the employee can pick the
photos they like best and write their name, department, whatever on the
back. After returning them to you, you have an accurate reference for the
person as well as an accurate spelling of the name and department they are
in.
