The Computer Telephony Laboratory (CTI Lab), a division of Williams
Communications Solutions, has immediate openings for an experienced
technical writer to create documentation and online help for Windows-
based end-user applications, API toolkits, and software development
kits (SDKs).
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 2 years experience writing software manuals
* Experience developing online help
* Proficiency in MS Office
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience writing software documentation for Windows
environments
* Experience using RoboHelp
* Experience managing multiple projects while meeting
individual project commitments
* Experience creating and editing graphics in support of your
documentation
* Coursework or experience in programming
* Familiarity with voice messaging, telecommunications, and
switches (PBXs)
* Familiarity with LAN/WAN/Web environments
* Familiarity with Client Server environments
