As already noted by many of you, the Tech Writer Digest for Mar 20-Mar 21
contained the Happy Virus as an attachment. For those of you that got
infected and are still having problems ridding your PC of this bug, try
visiting the URL below and reading up on the virus and counter-measures
there:
I have no idea who created this web page but this URL was circulated company
wide by our IT folks a few weeks ago and the counter-measures/recovery
procedures described there were used to get the Happy Virus out of our
network.
