It works because a pilot's life and livelihood depend on it. The problem is
that most people don't find it necessary to be as diligent as pilots. BUT,
if you have to go with change pages, Jepesson does it as well as anybody
and would be a good model to follow.

We currently (RARELY) send a cheesy, plain cover page with the change
pages.
That is going to change as we have new product line coming down the pipe.
