Subject:RoboHelp 6.0 problem From:Tracy Kiehm <TKiehm -at- BANKERSSYSTEMS -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 13 May 1999 11:21:09 -0500
I'm currently experiencing a problem with our RoboHelp 6.0/Word 7/Windows 95
created help system. A lot of our customers have moved to Windows 98 and
those that have are now receiving a "winhelp32.exe, details invalid page
fault" error when they try to access hypertext information that crosses our
multiple help file project. Is this a known bug? Has anyone else had this
problem? I try to keep up with all of the RoboHelp issues that appear on the
list but so far I have not seen this one addressed. If anyone has any ideas
on how I might resolve this problem, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
Please respond off-list since I doubt this topic is of interest to anyone
but me.
Thanks,
Tracy Kiehm
