Leave it to MicroSquat to assume that 'explore' is
a neutral term. I tend to agree that 'navigate' implies
a more deliberate action, and more control than
'explore'. Ah, there's the word...'Control'. Being from
the hometown of the Netscape designers, though, I
might just be a bit biased.
How about 'rummaging' the internet or 'foraging' the
internet? Just kidding! My 2 cents.
