Hallo:
If you provide camera-ready copy to a service bureau, for offset printing,
would not an intentionally-left-blank statement head-off the need to make
sure blank pages were not accidentally inserted?
Of course, when I send to offset press it is by PS print file, so I don't
have that concern.
