A more thoughtful use of the blank facing would be to include a heading
labeled NOTES. It falls at the end of the section, chapter, etc. and gives
the reader a handy place to scribble or whatever. The T.P.I.L.B. is
definitely an eyesore and the corporate logo can be overkill, especially if
your document consists of many of these blank facing pages.
