This question will only apply those that have some
experience with Frame 5.5.6 and referencing PDFs.
I have a report catalog in my documentation that
documents 24 reports available from my application.
Some of the reports output landscape and some
portrait. I'm limited to the type of output I can
generate (Crystal Report Writer), so I've selected the
Acrobat PDF writer driver and I print to PDF the first
page of each report. The portrait reports are printed
as a portrait pdf and the landscape reports are output
as a landscape pdf.
I then reference the PDF in the page describing the
report so they have a sample output that they can use
to select the report that they want to run in the
application.
In general, this works well. I've created a 6.5 X 8.5
anchored frame and the portrait reports come in with
about 65% reduction. They look great.
However, I would like to import the landscape report
into the same frame at the same reduction, but rotate
90 degrees CounterClock. The problem is that when I
rotate the image, it turns into a gray box and I get
the missing graphic message. When I rotate it back, it
pops back on screen.
Anyone know the trick to having a 90 degree rotated
pdf?
Thanks
