I am wondering what are the benefits of usability tests if the findings are
not implemented. If I were in your shoes, I would go talk to the marketing
group. They are generally more inclined to incorporate changes to ease
users' life. They also generally have as much power over the product as the
development group, at least in my company. They back me up often and we
don't even do usability tests.
