Types of Training

Hi all!

Does anyone have any research to hand on the different types of training
available, i.e. whether cbt, instructor-led training etc. is best? I
would be very appreciative. Thanks!

Also, to all those who asked about online help...soon as things quiten
down here a bit, I'll post a full summary.
