Subject:trademarks and registered marks From:Kathleen Holscher <kholscher -at- NSISW -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 9 Jun 1999 11:19:40 -0500
If I have a name that is trademarked and it appears
in a logo that is registered, are there any rules
about how the two marks should appear? Any
particular order or location?
Thanks
Kathleen
