In order to implement context-sensitive HTML help here at ENCORP, we
decided to stay away from Microsoft's HTML help because it forces
customers to install Internet Explorer and can not be ported to UNIX.
Instead we run the default web browser inside of an OLE container.
Context sensitive help is implemented by building a file that lists
context IDs in the software and the corresponding URLs for each topic. A
simple function converts the context IDs to URLs and launches the
browser. I wrote a script to perform the HTML conversion from Frame, but
Web Works could be used as well.
