how to create a Policies & Procedures manual? Both online (web based) and
paper. There may be some books or quick reference guides, etc., out there of
which I'm not familiar with."
There is an excellent book by Nancy Campbell entitled Writing Effective
Policies and Procedures. It even has a section on developing on-line
policies and procedures. Hope this helps.
