Subject:Re: Is there a free demo version for FrameMaker? From:Wil Gaffga <wil -at- GIBBSCAM -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 17 Jun 1999 11:32:50 -0700
Difficulties getting the FrameMaker demo? Absolutely not! I had my assistant
get it for me ;-)
Actually, the CD came rather quickly, I was truly surprised considering the
legendary status of the alleged CD but it came in a few days. It was rather
helpful except the FrameMaker demo was PC only. I am fortunate enough to use
both platforms so it didn't matter but if you're on a Mac Adobe's response
is tough $#!~ unless you're buying a large number of seats. I was not able
to find out how many seats I would need to buy in order to get a Mac demo
but we're talking more than five. How very uncharacteristic of Adobe.
