Subject:Re: Is there a free demo for FrameMaker? From:Kathy Stanzler <KatheS -at- HEALTHCARE-AUTOMATION -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 17 Jun 1999 14:40:59 -0400
I asked for and received a demo CD of FrameMaker and couldn't do much with
it at all because it wouldn't let me save anything. I wanted to convert Word
files to FrameMaker but I wasn't able to work on it in one sitting. Without
being able to save my work, I was stuck. Also, when I went to print,
FrameMaker placed the very bold, very black phrase, "Demonstration Copy"
across each page, obliterating the text. A watermark would have been
sufficient.
