Technical Writer - Richmond, VA
Richmond-based national food service leader is seeking an additional
Technical Writer to join our Technical Communication Department. Position
requires a 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of experience and
training; 2-5 years technical writing experience in the software industry;
knowledge in information mapping principles, HTML, basic programming and
database concepts; experience designing, developing, and maintaining user
documentation for a variety of media and audiences. Proficiency with
Microsoft Word, RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft FrontPage is a plus.
All candidates should be motivated self-starters with exceptional writing,
editing, project management, and business analysis skills. Successful
candidates will also possess the ability to work independently, manage
multiple projects, meet deadlines, and learn complex software applications
quickly and comprehensively.
