Subject:East Bay, CA: Headhunter Questions From:kathy -at- TIBINC -dot- COM Date:Sat, 26 Jun 1999 20:20:55 -0700
Gang:
I think I'm jumping onto the job search hamster wheel after four years with
one company. *Heavy sigh!*
I have two questions:
Question One:
If you know that a company has it's own recruiting staff and offers jobs on
the Web
-BUT-
you know that there are agency headhunters trying to fill those same
positions...
Who do you go with? Does a headhunter negotiate a better deal or does the
fact that you've gone through the company website and saved the company a
few dollars get you a better deal?
Question Two:
Based on your answer, do you have an honest, decent headhunter to recommend
in the SF Bay Area (specifically the Pleasanton/Tri-Valley area)?
Please answer me off-line! I'd hate to start another flame war!
