Yes, Quadralay's WebWorks Publisher v5.02 (aka. 2000) is the tool with which
you create online help from FrameMaker files. With Frame+WWP, you can create
WinHelp or HTML-based help. Go to http://www.quadralay.com for more info.
Caveat: WWP has a serious learning curve. It will not be as easy to run with
as Doc-to-Help. WWP's documentation is thorough but is as difficult to wade
through as the software <g>.
