More Word problems

When I create a new doc. using the Normal .dot (at the printers), this
prints fine.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I use the printer driver that the printer uses (in our case Docutech) and print to a file (in our case postscript). I FTP the ps file to the printer and they copy the file to their printer. I don't have template (*.dot) problems!
