Larry,
I've had very positive translation experiences with RWS Benemann in San
Francisco. They handle many languages, they can handle technical as well
as non-technical communication, and they can provide the translated
output in FrameMaker or other common layout/word processing programs
using your template. On the downside, they can be a bit slow sometimes,
but overall, I've been very happy with them.
