Subject:$ lost in bad documentation? From:Melissa Clark <clark -at- DATAPHYSICS -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 14 Jul 1999 16:22:25 -0700
Does anyone know of any published material documenting the amount of money (in either technical support calls, or other forms) lost when manuals or Help files have been poorly designed and/or written? I checked the stc.org site and didn't really see anything of that sort... Has there ever been a study done?
