You can use Adobe Acrobat to do this.
Alternatively you can use GhostScript and GSView, which I believe is either
shareware or freeware. With this method:
1. Print the document to a file using a postscript driver (e.g. Apple
LaserWriter)
2. Open the printed file in GhostScript
3. Print from GhostScript to pdf format
